Euro 2016 Fantasy Football - Round of Eight Team Selection

Goalkeepers

Manuel Neuer has been one of the tremendous goalkeeper that got the highest poin this far (25 pts). Followed by Thibaut Courtois (23 pts), Gianluigi Buffon (18 pts), and Lukasz Fabianski (18 pts).

By looking at the match schedule, we'll get a difficult choice. However, some goalkeepers who deserves to be considered are Fabianski (5.0m), Courtois, Neuer / Buffon, and the last Lloris (6.0m). 

If you want to play safe, we can choose Fabianski-Lloris or Courtois-Lloris. But if you want to play with high risk, we can choose Courtois-Buffon or Courtois-Neuer.

Buffon and Neuer had never conceded. But, Germany will be against Italy in the quarter-finals. It will be a difficult choice. However, it can make a possibility for both of them to get the cleansheet if the match between Italy and Germany ends up by 0-0.

Defenders

Jerome Boateng (6.0m) and Emanuele Giaccherini (5.1m) are two defenders that can still be considered to choose. Although Giaccherini and Boateng will face each other, both of them have a high percentage to get a goal or scoring assist. This could be an option if they dont get a clean sheet.

Earn points with goals or assists from a defender should be considered. Not only the players who will face each other, but also for the knockout phase would be difficult than the group stage. You can choose Pazdan, Jedrzejczyk (4.6m), Meunier (4.5m), Vertonghen (5.5m) and Sagna (6.0m) to complete your team.

Midfielders

We have many options for the midfielder.  Surely that would have a "million people" player, Dimitri Payet (8.1m).  But, Payet only get 3 points, in his last two matches. France will play Iceland in the round of 8 Euro 2016.

Then, our next suggestion is Eden Hazard (9.5m). He scored 1 goal, 3 assists and 3 cleansheet in the last 3 games. Maybe, he can score goal or assist against Wales in round of 8. And Kevin de Bruyne (10.0m)also can score more assists or goals, because he hasn't scored a goal until the quarter-finals.

You can play Jakub Blaszczykowski (7.5m) who has scored two goals and one assists. He will probably get a lot more points, as he will face Rui Patricio who conceded four goals in the group phase.

Other players that you can select is Radja Nainggolan or Axel Witsel (6.5m) and Aaron Ramsey (7.6m). If you want to play it safe, avoid Germany and Italy players, because it's likely both of them will be difficult to score goals.

Forwards

Best forward until round of 16 Euro 2016 are Cristiano Ronaldo (12.0m), Gareth Bale (10.5m) and Antoine Griezmann (10.0m). If you have more budget, you can buy them. But I think, you would not choose to buy them, because 32.5m for the three players in Fantasy Euro is too expensive. But you can choose one or two of them. Hannes Halldórsson always conceded in 

four games that had she and Iceland, so Griezmann is the best choice.

Meanwhile, there are several other attackers are cheaper and considered able to gain points. They are Olivier Giroud (8.5m), Arkadiusz Milik (7,5m), Luis Nani (7.5m).

The transfers budget for round of 8 are 105m and 4 free transfer. And for the line up and captain, choose who will play first. The deadline for transfer and set time are at the time of kick off the first match of quarterfinal
